年杪，2012即将过去，再过多几十个小时就迎来了2013。其实，2012对我而言并不是欢喜年，还有时觉得自己在这一年很失败，将近“世界末日”时，还有点希望世界真的末日，把一切的悲愁都带走。 2012就要完结，但这一年算是一无所成，想留的留不住，想要的要不了，唯一欣喜的是上了几堂的缝纫课，做了几件衣服。 人也进入了而立之年，但是还是这么庸庸碌碌的过日子，昨天梁问我是否该好好想想未来的路，我时常在想，但却从没结论，毕竟人已经进入了所谓的“comfort zone”，懒了，不想移了。可是，最近的公司改组，改了两个月都不见有结论，难免会惹人遐想，闹得人心惶惶，毕竟这份工不是铁饭碗，不能保证永不破碎。 梁是男子，所以就比较负担，他不埋怨的愿意挑起这个家，而叫我想想以后要怎样，做自己喜欢的，还是做做小生意的。之前有想过要学中医的，但是害怕自己兼顾不来，所以不敢轻举妄动，现在还是担心。而做做小生意，又害怕亏钱，又再裹足不前。 也不知公司改组要什么时候尘埃落定，又还是永无宁日，新的一年即将来临，但却还是觉得前途茫茫。 不过，梁说希望我们的生活能在2013有所改变，将废废的周末填满，至少别再像2012一样废。是啊，有时因为对某些事期望太多了，而一直为它而耽搁了其他的事，我们或许应该为未来好好想想了。

There is something happened to my team recently, I called it shuffling because a lot of jobs and resources, even projects will be changed after reorganization fully done. Well, I don't know if this is a good or bad. According to conversation from management, this move seems to be a "right hand turn" to our company, every manager talks so positively and feel like our future will be in bright side. However, nobody really knows the real situation. Well, I am just a powerless ant and needs to learn accepting all of this, especially I went through so many changes and reorganization in my career, I need to believe "the darkest night will proceed to dawn" though this is the largest one, right? Soon tomorrow will be 21 Dec 2012, it is so called "end of the world" in Maya, well they explained it as start of new calendar recently, but this "end of the world" idea already rooted in our mind after movie "2012". This week when we drive to office, radio disscussion never left about arrival of 21122012 and "end of the world". Until now, I still don't see any symptom of world ending. A lot of people will believe half and half, right? Just in case when it is really happened. For me, I just don't mind because I believe everything will come with a reason, 21122012 might not be the end of this world, but it might be the end of someone life, nothing can be predicted, so we just live every second we have. Lately few months, we tested quite a lot of cars from different brands and different ranges because SL planned to buy a new car after he sold his car to his brother during relocation. Since 2011 till then, we were only using my Perodua Kelisa as our transportation, it is fuel saver but quite small and less of suspension, Kelisa is suitable for short distance city drive but not a good option for long distance travel, especially our hometown is in another end of Malaysia. Therefore, SL decided to buy a car before Chinese New Year, so that we can travel back to hometown with more comfortable transportation. Before hand, we listed some criteria for our car shopping: good suspension, more space in boot and within our budget which is around RM100k. The first car that we tested was Volkswagen Polo Sedan, SL commented this car got a very smooth engine, he didn't hear any sound between gear changing and I very satisfied it's suspension, it was priced at RM99k which is within SL'

Wednesday is movie day, SL and I decided to watch "Wreck it Ralph" since long ago and it's finally on screen. Well, I think I prefer to watch animation, rather than real person show now. "Wreck it Ralph" is a story about a bad man in game who named Ralph, he felt demotivated to be bad man in his game because other characters in his game doesn't accept him while he wishes to mix with them. Then, Ralph left his game for some adventures and the story started there. Well, I better don't share so much and leave surprise to you. Animation from Disney is always good movie for kid and this is the same, this brought some funs to me and I like twist at the end of story. There are some funny screens, one of them at Fix it Felix wanted escape from dungeon but when he used his hammer to hit the bar, the bar just became stronger because his power is fixing things, therefore he couldn't break the jail until Ralph went to save him. We installed Astro IPTV recently, I wasn't fan of Astro actually but we install it mainly for sport channel that SL wanted to watch for his football match and it also no harm to have more entertainment for our house, else we might spend every night so bored.    Since Astro was having promotion for subscribe IPTV (Astro channel and boardband) with two months free and comes with PVR, therefore we decided to switch our internet service to Astro IPTV.   After installation, I feel satisfied that we subscribe it, Time provides high speed boardband which I never tried in Malaysia before and I really enjoy with uploading photo to internet because it is unbelievable fast.   Actually, PVR is another thing that I like a lot because we can record any program that we like and only watch it when we are free, so that we won't miss any program that we like. Well, I quite like for having IPTV installed.   

Actually, I haven't back to my hometown for quite a long time for some reasons, especially case happened at early this year, my body was quite weak and I was afraid to travel too long journey, this journey might remind me some unhappy moment. Finally, I back to my hometown now, a feeling of long miss, I didn't see my brothers and this land for such a long time but we still can speak freely, this is family, right? We speak even more closely than ever, am I getting old now? And start to like this type of family bond. My hometown has changed quite a lot since I last seen it, a number of new building be built and my brother told me there is cinema built over here, we didn't have a cinema when I was young. Though it still cannot comparable with Penang, still it continue develop. Talking with both of my brothers, they grow a lot and more thoughtful now. After back from the Maldives, I spent sometime to finish my travel journal to the Maldives, it was an enjoyable time for completing my journal, I think it at least could be a reference for someone who plans to visit to Maldives. Maldives travel journey is the second travel dairy that I felt proud of and the first one is my Las Vegas travel dairy, which also included a lot of our details. I actually like to do research and write down all my travel experience but I don't really always have time for that, therefore I have a lot of travel experience just keep in memory and cannot turn them into word. Then, I told SL if my job is only travel and writing, then my salary will continue deposit to my bank, that will be my perfect dream job as I am doing what I like. After coming back from vacation, SL said that I have became happier than before, and I also feel the same, I am more enegerstic on doing thing and use my time more productively. Unlike before, I was always complaining and thinking negatively,  but I got less of this type of feeling now. Even though SL would temporary blacken his face, I also can pretend that I didn't see it and just let it go. After the vacation, we both feel more love with each other because there is another memory storage in our brain, which recorded another experience that we went through together. 3rd of October, we were waiting for our transit flight to Penang in KL airport, this also marked the end of our vacation, we need to back to reality now and start working hard for our next Maldives trip :) Overall, I love my trip, it was relaxing and enjoyable. Originally, I thought we would be bored as I read quite some travel journal on Maldives trip, therefore I brought three books with me for killing some spare time, however I didn't even finish reading a book after back because I spent lot of my time to writing my blog and sea viewing, it was great for just seeing this beautiful sea by doing nothing. Four nights stay in island is a bit too short for me, I would plan a longer stay if I really travel next time. Also, I would do more evaluation on different price of half board, full board and all inclusive package because we are not alcohol drinker, as I think more portion of price comes from alcohol, cruise and lessons, which I might not need them for next trip. For getting to nearby resort from Male International Airport, resort will arrange speedboat transfer for visitor, speedboat transfer can be arrange anytime in a day, therefore you still can check in to your hotel even if you arrive at night. However, for getting those further resorts, tourists will need to take seaplane to transfer to their resort, resort will help you to arrange this and seaplane transfer cost will be charged to your payment once you made reservation. However, seaplane transfer can only be arranged during daytime, so you might need to book a hotel in Male if your flight arrive late or depart early. 2nd of October, this day is our last day in Maldives, I felt a bit upset, why happy moment always ended that fast? I really don't wish to leave this beautiful place, sitting in front of my room, watching the calm sea and listening to melody of sea wave, it was just an enjoyable life. Maldives, I would need to say goodbye to you soon, I hope that I will be back again. Well, we when to Bali last time for honeymoon and brought back a lot of good memories, we also wished to be back to Bali sometime, but we found Maldives finally and now Maldives has replaced Bali as my wish list, who knows there will be another place replace Maldives later? But not for now. We didn't plan for any activities on the last day, but only resting at our room and seeing the beautiful sea view, because we are too tired with lot of activities in past few days. There are four restaurants in Vilamendhoo Island Resort, Funama and Ahima are served buffet dinner while Hot Rock and Asian Wok serve ala carte meal. We were taking All Inclusive Package, so we only had meal with Funama Restaurant and Ahima is for those stay at Water villas and Jacuzzi beach villas. On the first visit to restaurant, waiter would lead us to our dedicated dining table and the table will be our table for the rest of stay. However, our waiter, Kazir seems like knew I like a sea view table, so he helped us to change table on our third day, thanks to him. After the first visit, we were served by the same waiter as well for the rest of our stay, I like our waiter as he can remember our dining style and he would collect plate and cutlery on the right time, he even remembered SL ordered for Coca Cola on the night before and asked if he'd like to have it on the next day. However, SL prefers to have distance, anyways he is particular person that makes me feel strange why

The activity that I enjoyed the most in Maldives is snorkeling, I could see a lot of corals and fish in this ocean, the fish and coral I found here is more than anywhere that I have ever been. Vilamendhoo has 10 reef exits for visitor snoerkilng, visitors should follow the channel to reef exit to the reef for viewing sea creatures at deep sea, then visitors should follow the edge of reef and swim back to resort by the same reef exit or to the next exit. These reef exits were created to avoid visitors accidentally touch those corals, as corals are very fragile and they will get damaged once been touched. From my snorkeling experience in Vilamendhoo, I think south of island is more beautiful and safer, we see a lot different types of coral over there because reef isn't too steep. Especially, reef near to water sport center. On the other hand, I felt stronger current at north of island, it will be more difficult to swim. 1st of October, this will be our last night in Vilamendhoo Island Resort and we will be back home on next day, I kept pretending crying in this day as I didn't wish the holidays end. Since two days ago, we moved our dining table to somewhere closer to an opened door, there we could view the sea clearly, there is a tree with a small emergency boat in the screen as well, I like this view and I will remember this view. Human's eyes is really the best camera lense ever, it can capture every view with the most beautiful way, but human's brain is the worst memory card ever to keep these views forever, I really worry if I would forget this nice scene when I am getting old. I quite like billing system in Vilamendhoo Island Resort, I think most resorts in Maldives apply this billing system as well. During our stay in Vilamendhoo Island Resort, we actually only needed to sign bill when we purchased anything in any store in the resort, like bars for food and drink, gift shop, equipment rental from Water sport center or wherever rent things, all amount will be charged to our room with the room number that you provided to cashier. After that, on the day before checkout, the hotel will send us the bill that listed all transaction happened during our stay, then we only needed to pay everything at Reception. Actually, I like this type of postpay system because it is convenience and we didn't need to bring cash to everywhere we went. The most convenience part is they accept credit card during payment, so that I don't really need to carry a lot of cash for my trip. I think I can be the person who live in stone age, because I am using an old style cellphone, which don't have touchscreen function and only be used for normal function. On top of that, I even can live without cellphone, I always can away from my cellphone for a few days without aware of its existance. It has been happened for many time, I always see some miss calls or SMSs appear in my cellphone's screen, but they were actually there for a few days, then I only know I missed something. Just like today, I saw a SMS left on my handphone, it is from my colleuge and asked me for lunch yesterday, and now I already have my second day's dinner, doesn't this sound funny? =.=" Yes, that why SL always said I got listening problem because I didn't listen clearly to cellphone's ringtone.

There are four types of room provided in Vilamendhoo Island Resort, jacuzzi water villa, jacuzzi beach villa, beach villa and garden villa. Due to we booked our holiday about a month plus before our departure, therefore only beach villa and garden vila left. Actually, I felt lucky because all rooms are gone before three weeks of departure. Jacuzzi water villa is the most expensive with ocean view, jacuzzi beach villa and beach villa are having beach view, and garden villa is located at inner part of island with garden view. Firstly, I thought beach villa might not that good and wished for a water villa, but i like beach villa after staying in it because their beach view is so beautiful, sea is clear and combination between light and dark blue, capture in eyeball is much more beautiful than picture taken by camera. We woke up earlier this day for sunrise capture, it is near to Asian Wok, but the day wasn't perfect as too many clouds covered the sun, however sea view of Maldives is still so beautiful that I was really happy we were there. After sun rose, we backed to sleep for an extra hour before we went for breakfast. After breakfast, we walked along the beach toward sunset bar as we got a free 15 minutes welcome massage session with Duniya Spa, massage was fine and view from Duniya Spa is perfect, perhaps any view in Maldives is just great, I don't even can find a complaining word about sea view over there. Sea is clear, sky is blue and white sandy beach, accompany by mind calming wave rhythm, it is just a place that we call paradise.
