SL and I are in Hong Kong Airport now, waiting for flight to Malaysia at 3pm, it is a long waiting time for this flight that we need to spend eight hours in Hong Kong Airport from 7am to 3pm. That is normal for the flight from US and going to Penang with Cathay Pacific, SL and I both experienced it spending time alone once last year, it was really miserable to us. However, it is different now because we spent this time together that we don't feel lonely now. After our flight from San Francisco arrived to Hong Kong Airport at 6:30am, we decided to go out from the immigration to taste Hui Lau Shan Dessert just outside the immigration, which I hoped to do it last time but I didn't as that even made me felt lonely to take dessert alone. This afternoon, I had a small pleasure chattering with two friends, three of us are having the same experience on our current job changes, that our husband are on relocation assignment and we have to change our team for following them to here. Somehow I feel our similarity experience connects us and make me feel closer with them. Due to this, it remind me something happened last year. In March last year, SL was told that he got chance to go for relocation in US, that made me fought so hard during that period to follow him here. However, "cruel fact" told us that we were from different product teams and we couldn't work in the same site. Then I just forced to use all my annual leaves plus unpaid leaves to visit SL on my first visit and planned for taking permanent leave of absent on my next visit, no matter how long I need to take off and I surely would spend the winter with SL together until his assignment ends, this was our promise. I was watching movie Bridget Jones' Diaries with SL tonight, it's a movie that I first watched in 2005, when I was in the UK. Just like a fairy tale, the story is about how a girl met her perfect guy at her 30s, how she got hurt by her first love and then met the right person finally. This movie reminded me some memory in the UK, I was alone there for about two years, just like Bridget Jones was single for 30 years of her life (well I am better with 25 years record :P), a girl kept waiting for her true love, just like staying in her dream of fairy tale. While she got hurt, she still had her principle and finally she met her true love, Mark. It was just a dream for every girl. And, I felt that I am so fortune to meet SL finally. Thanks God.

This morning, SL received a news from my in-law, said that our new apartment is ready for keys collection, though it might be only a VP (means we can see it but no touching allow), we still feel happy enough for this news. After relocation, we reserved our only home trip from going back during Chinese New Year for two reasons, one is to take my in-laws here during spring (so that they won't feel too cold) and second is to bet that we can collect our new apartment's keys, at least we can see how it looks like and whether we can purchase some furnitures or decorations from here. Finally, two of our wishes are almost granted (well, I only count it if we have done it), and we ease our worrisome for last few weeks after we booked our home trip tickets. Yahoo!! The last weekend and the last day of February, SL and I just found the weather was so good for us to have a day trip and Fort Vancouver just came out from our mind. Yes, why not we just went there for a break? Though we read there is only a fort there, we just want to have a trip, even just spent half a day there. After lunch, we took action immediately and headed to Fort Vancouver in Washington, it was about an hour driving distance from our apartment. Wow, it was a good day, sunny and beautiful sky, SL took a lot of pictures for the sky there, natural is so nice, I like the clear sky and wide feild there, it allowed us to walk together. It's Saturday again, this is the last Saturday for us before our home trip, it will be a busy weekend for us because we need to do packing and shopping for gifts. Well, we spent most of our time at outside today and will stay at home at Sunday to do our packing. Last time, we heard that is a Greek restaurant from a friend that made us interested to try, it's today. Mad Greek Deli is the nearest Greek restaurant (should be considered as cafe instead :P) in our area. As we read review online about this restaurent, it is kind of dirty, it is special of this restaurant to us that we could find their cushions are broken, which we assumed they purposely made it. The shop look old and disorganised, perhaps this is Greek style. Also, we could see a picture on wall, it is a scence of Greek. Recently, that is a long lost friend added me in facebook, we haven't contact each other since 2005, it was about 5 years time (wow... how time is ticking so fast?) In my memory, she was such a friendly girl, she is one of my friends that I met in the UK and she backed to Korea at end of 2005, she did travel with me to Prague, which was my first ever Europe trip out of the UK. Because of our Prague trip, I started like travelling, especially planned for my own trip even though I was travelling alone around several Europe countries, I still found it enjoy. When we were in the UK, Regina and I used to meet at Global Cafe, that is where we met until be some level of close friend, she was one of the friends made me felt warm in a foreign land. This evening, my hubby brought me to a bar type restaurant for dinner, it is famous with its buffalo wing, that you could choose a series of flavour to season your wing and we chose Carribean Jerk for this time, it is a little spicy but my hubby likes it a lot. When we were in the restaurant, it was full of crowd and they hanged out for their Friday night, chatting and watching TV. The special thing to me in this restaurant is they full with televisions that you couldn't hard to find a spot without television, and you even can find one in restroom. This place is similar with Mamak store in Malaysia, that you can see a lot of people watching basketball games altogether, though it is football in Malaysia. In two weeks time, SL and I will be on our home trip soon, we will be back to our hometown Malaysia for two weeks, this would be the first time that we take flight together travel between US and Malaysia, this mean we will not be alone on flight anymore because we will be altogether. While I am happy with this moment to arrive, I just couldn't forget our last trip to LA, I think that actually was a miserable trip to us, I would say it was a seperation trip. Though we were on flight together for tour, we actually was going to be apart again within 5 days time. While travelling supposed to be an enjoying part in our life, but we still couldn't not to accept that we will be seperated soon after our vacation, just like two lovers were forced to give up each other for some cruel fact, that wasn't good feeling at all. I think that miserable LA trip would always be in our memory whenever we are together and apart. That teaches us about a pair of lovers shouldn't choose to live

That is a breaking news in Singapore's entertainment circle, a famous Singapore director Jack Neo was having affair with a model, then the model met with his wife and him to settle the "issue". For all women, this is the most greif in their life to know their husband actually has a mistress, I couldn't imagine how I would feel if SL does the same thing to me as Jack Neo. In the press conference, Irene (Jack Neo's wife) said that she forgives Jack because she loves him, she loves her marriage and she loves her family, these words really touched my emotion, girls always give up everything for the loved one but they won't know if their love can last forever, then they would choose to forgive when there is a bug in their love story. My husband is really sentimental person, he likes to see weather changing when he is at protected environment, that would make him feel secured. That was weather changed tonight, that we heard it like raining, then SL asked me went to window with him, I just fellow him. Later, I just found it sounded a little too loud, I assumed that was heavy rain, yup it was really looked heavy which I still could see the shape even it was so night then. Once I turned my sight to land, I just found the different immediately, it was not raining but hailstone which we so called it 冰雹, wow I have never seen hailstone drop before even I was in the UK, this is really special to me. Instantly, we rushed into our room and grabbed our camera and videocam to mark down this special sight to us :) The winter will be "officially" ended by this weekend and them spring will get the torch, I am so happy to see hailstone before spring on its duty and I can spend special memory with my special one :D

Again, we made the pizza again this weekend and I decided to use bread flour instead for all purpose flour because I heard that bread flour will be better than normal flour. Then, I just fellow my last recipe by replacing the flour. After my pizza was ready, I just didn't see my dough is proven, it just didn't rise as it should be :( honestly I was a little sad with that though toppings were still nice. Then, I decided to have a try on dough making today, that I was thinking it might because I used higher temperature to produce my yeast solution, which made them got killed in high temperature. Therefore, I used a thermometer to measure my water to make sure it is around 37 degree Celcius and made my dough. Surprisingly, my dough was rise for double size which amazed me when SL showed me the proven dough and we felt some light on this dough. Long time ago, SL told me that his friend is making pizza while his stay in US, and SL seemed really like his homemade pizza because it was colourful and look delicious. Then, I just kept in mind and wished to make a pizza for SL while we stay here because we got good facility in kitchen of our apartment. Finally, I was searching for recipes last few weeks and we made it last sunday evening. Due to we don't have big round pan, so I chose to make a rectangular pizza instad. First of all, we need to make the crust for the pizza, this is the most time taking part because we need to wait for the dough raised before spreaded the topping, it would take about 1~2 hours for preparation. Then, I just put topping according to my creativity and experience of eating pizza, mixed whatever I like on it :P At last, of course baked the pizza in the oven for about 20 minute, here our pizza was ready to eat, though our crust is a bit harded, it still tasted nice, and I would name it SLF Pizza :D We

The first day of chinese new year and valentine's Day are just on the day, we actually hadn't have any big celebration on that day, but joining steamboat with some friends. However, SL was asking me if I wanted to have any gift, flower?? Then, I just remembered that I always see a plant outside of Winco when spring proceed, and I hoped to have one in my house, this might make our house looks more lively. Finally, SL bought be a pot of pansy yesterday and I really like it, it is cheap with USD 1.08 only, at least this flower could last longer than if we bought some flowers with soil. When we got the flower paid, I was so happy to carry it with me, pansy is my first plant in US, it is the earliest flowering plants at spring and "cute" :P However, we know that flower here grow according season, therefore I would be upset when my pansy fade in one day later, it might be when the temperature get warmer later (according to online information).
