First Year Wedding Anniversary (27 September 2009)
27th of September was our first year wedding anniversary, that we held our wedding anniversry at the same day on 2008. Since SL still in US, we had started talking about our celebration of the day, that where do we want to have our dinner and how do we spend our day together.
On the morning, SL and I went for breakfast and went toward to Botanical Garden for a walk there, because we hope to spend our time on doing some normal activity that we did before seperation, so that we could feel more appreciated on our relationship even though we would be seperated again. While we were walking in the Botanical Garden, we talked a lot and shared a lot, that I just felt we backed to the time before seperation. This seperation is different with our last seperation, that I don't really feel difdicult to catch up with him as last time, I think marriage bond two people together even though they need to be seperated, their relationship would still be there.

Memorised back to our Bali Honeymoon trip, we were really enjoyed it and we think it was the best honeymoon for every married couples :P And, we took two spa sessions there, which were really enjoyable, then we decided to have a spa session on our anniversary too as we hoped to have some experience of our honeymoon. After doing a lot of survey among those spa service in Penang, then we chose Deluxcious Spa as our service provider.
We left our house again around 3pm to Deluxcious Spa as we signed up for 2 hours Ultimate Spa Package, this package costed RM165 per person which included footbath, 45 minutes massage, body scrub/ body mask and 45 minutes jacuzzi with European herbal bath. Due to we had spa experience in Bali during our honeymoon trip, that we didn't find satisfaction with Deluxcious Spa because they only spent about an hour on massage session, then we spent the rest of time on sitting in jacuzzi bathtub to "enjoy" machine massage, well this is totally different with what we got from Bali which they spent fully 2 hours on manned masage.
After came out from Deluxcious Spa, we still felt our Honeymoon spa is the best, and we were kidding that we would fly to Bali for spa during our anniversary :P Because if you had spa experience in Bali, then Deluxcious Spa service would be really dissapointed you, it doesn't worth the price. Now, everyone can fly with AirAsia :D
However, I like Deluxcious Spa that they provide some after spa area, there girls could dry their hair and have themselves make up at a fully equipped area with a huge mirror.

After spa, SL and I just moved toward to Thirty Two Mansion for our romantic dinner, this is our finalist of dinner option. While we discussed about our anniversary dinner plan, that we listed down two final options - Rasa Sayang buffet dinner and Thirty Two Mansion fine dinner. At first, we were attracted with Rasa Sayang buffet after seeing a lot of pictures and viewing, but we finally chose fine dinner of Thirty Two Mansion for our stomach's sake, I think we need to take more care on our health from taking too much food.
We didn't go into the restaurant immediately after arrived there, and we walked around the restaurant to enjoy with environment there. However, sea beside the restaurant is actually polluted with some uncomfortable smell. Then, we walked into the Mansion and found it was beautiful and classy inside.
Thirty Two Mansion
Thirty Two Mansion provides variety of dishes and they also provide set dinner, which comes with five courses in flight with starter, soup, main course, drink and dessert together, then we chose to have set dinner, where SL chose 6-spice marinated bbq chicken with buttered rice timble as his main course and meuniere of garoupa with buttered pine nuts, beurre blanc for mine.
Starter was piquant salad with spicy lemongrass vinaigrette, they used some special sourcing, instead of mayonise, which we like it a lot.
Soup of the Day was Mushroom Soup, it tasted good, but I don't find it was too special because I had some tastier mushroon soup at somewhere else before that.
Apart from set dinner, we also ordered a Garlic Bread as side dish, they seasoned the bread with a lot of garlic and spices, which make it tasted good and we loved it so much.
SL's Main Course, 6-spice marinated bbq chicken with buttered rice timble, it basically is chicken rice which made SL felt nothing special on this simple dish, but it tasted good, so that I said it would be harder to make a simple food tastes supreme.
And my Main Course is meuniere of garoupa with buttered pine nuts, beurre blanc, it tasted fine but didn't bring me too much suprise.
The restaurant provided a list of dessert choices for us, they are cakes with different flavours, there we selected cheese cake and almond chocolate cake as our preference, they both tasted nice.

Finally, we had our anniversary celebrated, I liked fine dinner in Thirty Two Mansion, but SL reminded me with our celebration at Audees two year ago, where they had much tastier and beautiful foods provided. Yes, I think Audees is better then.
After backed to home, SL shown me his presentation slideshow for our memory since wedding, it was funny and detailed, that I recalled that we had a lot of memory within a year even though we had to seperate for half year.
Finally, I wish that our love could last forever, that we could celebrate for our anniversary for the following years until we both are old and leave the world.
