vacation
Actually, we planned for our vacation is kind of coincident and taking a lot of consideration into it.
First of all, SL's boss told him that we only can on leave after WW38 and my boss said anytime will do, therefore we chose a time which is after WW38. Then the second we need to consider about SL's brother which will happen during end of October to early November, therefore we need to avoid that timeframe for travelling. Third, we need to calculate my menstual because we need to swim and snorkeling with a lot of outdoor activities, so I don't wish travel during uncomfortable period. Fourth, we wish to get it done without too much delay to avoid any impact about our future planning.
All after all, it is so coincident that our travelling period lands on our special anniversary, but so unlucky we both are still quite busy with our works. However, we had paid all for our vacation, therefore we can't withdraw from it because the cost is huge until we don't wish to lose all payment.
Anyways, we now learn a lesson that management always left shift project schedule to push people to finish tasks, but there is another deadline in their mind which they never speak out. However, they never consider that they draw the shift left schedule but worker's vacation might left shift as well. Therefore, we might need to right shift our vacation plan, but we also worry if we shift too right, then it will delay our next project.
Haha, what should we do? Then we only can close our eyes and plan as what manager told us :P
