Indoor Sunday (13 December 2009)
This Sunday, SL and I didn't plan for any outing, but we were really busy for our whole afternoon as we had a lot of plans for this day.
Just right after lunch, SL and I started to decorate some lighting for our apartment, this is lighting for Christmas and New Year season, we just want to create some celebration environment. After some discussion, SL and I have decided to make it a heart shape on our window, which is the only design that I could think for that moment.
Well, we really spent some time on putting our light wiring on our window, but it was pleasure that we did it together. The sky was still bright when we did the lighting, therefore it didn't look special on our decoration, but I believed it would be different during dark as the lighting would make it clearly to view.

After we had done with our lighting design, we just continued with next tasks, that cooking mission is, and we planned for long to bake a cake and make some dumpling before "Dong Zhi", to make sure we really can have good dumpling on the exact day.
For long, we planned to fully utilize our apartment facility, that is an oven equiped for us, therefore we bought baking material for today task and made it this afternoon, we chose to bake a honey cornbread as it looks nice.
It was really fun when SL and I stirring the mixture powder and having our mixture to bake in oven, and we felt good when we tested out our cornbread, which tasted nice.
While we were stirring the cornbread mixture and had it baking, then we also prepared for our dumpling at the same time, I prepared for black seasame seed as filling but it was too bad that our blender couldn't work well to blend it as they were too less to reach the blade. Then we just decided to fried our black seaseme seed with some sugar mix together. While SL was doing with flour and we mixed some sugar to it by MS's advice.
Originally, we planned to have almond as dumpling soup as what MS did last time, however we couldn't find any almond powder currently in our area, then we take ginger soup finally though we think that might be some improvement need on our soup.
At first, we tried to have black seasame seed as filling at the first round and we decided to change with it mixed together with flour for the second round, which could help us used all our black seaseme seed and a new idea for dumpling :P Well, they really tasted nice :D
At night, we turned on our lighting and viewed it from outside of our apartment, the love shape really looks good, it is a solid light with some blinking light surrouding it, they make me felt beautiful and romantic.
Although we didn't go to any place by today, it is still a meaningful day for me as we spent a lot of time for doing something together, I like this kind of marriage life :D
