Haven Delights
That day, we finally used our coupon to have buffet dinner in Haven Delights in Times Square, we bought the coupons as we thought it was worth for price, which is only RM28 per person for all you can eat.
However, this restaurant made us quite dissapointed at some points, which I won't suggest you to go and we won't to visit it for the second time. At the very first, we needed to call them and reversed our seat before visit the restaurant, but there is no even a person entertained us on the call. The coupon provided us two phone number, one of the number was out of service all the time and we successfully called to another number, but the person asked us to call to the first number and hanged out, when we called back to the second number, there was nobody picked up our phone anymore. After calling to two numbers for many times, we finally decided just walked in to the restaurant on Saturday dinner.
Before our visit, I have researched a lot of online reviews about this restaurant, but I didn't see too much good recomendation for it. Well, I just went there without any expectation on it, but too bad to tell you that I am really dissappointed on it even though no expectation.
This restaurant is combination of Chinese foods and Japanese foods, with the similar concept of Tao Authentic but quality is far worse than it, well Chinese foods are better than Japanese foods, but not much different. The food wasn't fresh enough, especially baby octopus is the worst, it was just like right served from fridge, cold and hard to swallow. Then, tempura was just like "goreng pisang", seems like they have used that oil fried for many times for their foods. After that, SL told me his glass was dry but weird smell.
On the second day of buffet, SL was diarrhead, we suspected it was food from this restaurant. Such a restaurant, we didn't know how long it can operate or it will only depend on coupon's promotion to survive?
Anyways, after having meal in Haven Delights, we decided be more carefull on buying coupon as we will not know what you buy if is a good and worthy deal, I rather spend more money to have a quality meal or service, than paying less for something not that nice or even worse.
