Job
Recently, our departments lost the project which we supposed to work in future, this makes lot of employees are suddenly worried what we will do in future. And the “reason” from management is because of some defect project of another team, which makes us lost the project, I suddenly felt disappointment.
People always look for job which they like but actually this really difficult to everyone to get it, because once you lost the project, you will be redirected to do other job function, this is what in management planning, you have no choice to reject or you can choose resign.
We are just a low post soldier and couldn’t choose our next step, when the Governor asks us to die, how can we reject? This is life of employee.
